It is a shame that all the nonsense on television we the public have to put up with. You have a wholesome and a historical program that most people will never see. You are correct,marketing is a vital part of a successful product. I found out about it through a suttler,Middlesex Village Trading post in New Hampshire. I joined you website right away. I am a historical re enactor in Massachusetts ,a member of a British unit now ,but I have done militia and Continental Line too, But anyway, you offer living history vendors the oppertunity to sell the dvd's and make a few bucks. I did e-mail a few of the suttlers I deal with to let them of your venture. PBS is a one of the best avenues to persue. I know it was aired out west,hopefully it comes east. I would also contact Colonial Williamsburg,they have a ton of retail outlets there and a great book shop/video store. Even , Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge MA. Also, a great gift shop. I have a fellow re enactor that works at The Boston WGBH PBS. He is in the radio side, but I can ask him if there is any interest. Will you be doing any shooting in this area when you get into the war ? There are many re enactments in New England from April 18th to October.You could get some great footage.
